Mr. Arvind Singh Rawat is a founder partner in the firm and is based at the Dehradun. He qualified in 2009 and started as proprietor firm Arvind Rawat & Co. in 2010. He is also a Law Graduate from HNB University Uttarakhand. He has also CS (Inter) Semi Qualified Degree from ICSI Delhi.

He is well versed with Industrial Laws and corporate law, banking regulation and has over the years acquired proficiency in Indirect Tax Laws. He is based at Dehradun and is looking after Audit, Direct & Indirect Taxes and Company Law at Dehradun.

His ability to understand the business environment coupled with his sound financial and accounting background has enabled him to specialize in conducting statutory and internal audits of companies’ bank and PSU. He has in-depth knowledge of the Micro finance/ NBFC and education industries banking sector Statuary and Internal Audit.

Mr. Sandeep Singh Nakoti is a partner in the firm and is Dehradun based. He qualified in 2008 and started his carrier in manufacturing industry and worked as Finance head with Eureka Forbes Group Company.He has also worked with M/S Nangia & Co., Chartered Accountants, a reputed CA Firm in Dehradun as Astt.Manager Audit & Taxation. He joined with Arvind Rawat & Co, as a partner from 2nd July 2014, after achieving the rich experience of manufacturing industries .
