M/s Rawat Nakoti & Co. was established in year 2010, as a proprietorship firm under the name and style of M/s Arvind Rawat & Co., which later on merged itself to Rawat Bartwal & Co. as a partnership firm in December 2010. After completion of more than three years, M/s Arvind Rawat & Co. demerged itself from M/s Rawat Bartwal & Co., on 1st July 2014. On 02nd July 2014, Arvind Rawat & Co. converted itself into a partnership firm. On 26th August 2014, firm has changed its name from M/s Arvind Rawat & Co. to M/s Rawat Nakoti & Co.
