He is a graduate and a fellow member of ICAI with 21 years of expertise in accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial consultancy. His areas of core competence are taxation services, auditing & assurance, financial advisory, SEBI, company law & international financial reporting standards (IFRS) compliance, management consultancy and assisting various startups. He has held leadership roles and has been at the forefront in articulating group philosophy and values and believes in a team-building approach. Proficient in delivering tailored financial solutions for individuals, SMEs, and large enterprises. Adept at ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, mitigating financial risks, and optimizing business processes for sustainable growth.
