Mukesh Rawat is a partner in the firm and is based in Dehradun. He qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), since November 2020 and joined Rawat Nakoti & Co. as a partner on August 3, 2021. He is actively involved in audits (Statutory and Internal) of big business houses, PSUs and banks. Besides auditing he has good experience in project consultancy, company law matters and management consultancy. At the firm, he plays a key role in handling multiple responsibilities across the Assurance, Corporate Law, and Income Tax domains.
He also represents clients before statutory authorities and provides advisory services on setting up trusts, superannuation funds, and other specialized entities. With more than a decade of experience in corporate law and compliance, he has developed a deep understanding of the Companies Act and offers strategic guidance tailored to clients’ needs.
